I want people to have fun, be challenged and learn new things. I genuinely care about each and every person and helping them reach their goals.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I make each workout different so there is never any boredom. Also the people who participate support each other.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have been in the business for 25+ yrs. I saw a need for this in Etowah and wanted to help people get fit.

What do you love most about your job?
Watching people achieve their goals and seeing them accomplish more than they ever dreamed they could.
