Danny was very nice and attentive. It look longer than expected because I have light carpet and they were dirty. My complaint was due to item not returned in the trunk and after inspecting the next day I noticed serveral items placed in my back seat pounched that left inprints in the leather pouches. I would never put bulky item in my back seat pouches. There were two guards that go on the seat track that must have come off during the vaccuming and carpet cleaning that were not replaced and put in the pouches. WOW! They should take a little more care when cleaning luxury cars.

A little disappointed. thought they could have done a little better job. a quick example is that they cleaned the cup holders, but they never lifted they cup to clean underneath. when I lifted it, it was still filthy underneath. did they do the job, yes, but the detail was not there as I have received at other locations.

Expected "detailing" even though I did buy the economy package, no detailing occurred. They did do a decent job on the exterior, and got the tires looking nice and black. There was some water drops that had dried on a few places around the car, my interior was not even wiped down, still dust on the dash where my radio and controls are, would have been nice if the entire interior was at least wiped down.
