Cheese sticks are really dough with cheese on top. The Meat pizza is weak (Try Don's in Sterling - best meat pizza in Northern VA)

Online registration for orders was impossible wasted 10 minutes. Food was goon and order correct.

Being that Groupon is mainly an app based service to be expected to printout the voucher was completely unexpected and cumbersome. Not having a printer myself I had to use my community's office center, which was closed on the day I wanted to use the Groupon so I had to wait until the next day to print it. Also, the Groupon simply said Vocelli instead of specifying that it's only for the one in Herndon. It only specified in fine print, which is misleading and an unfair practice. I have a vocelli about a mile from my residence and had to drive far out of my way to cash the voucher because it was misleading. Overall it was not a good experience.
