What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inconvenience of being at a shop and waiting for my car was so irritating to me. I once waited for 3 hour for a flat repair and finally had it with the brick and mortar concept. I believe people's time is valuable and people are entitled to get first class service at their convenience. :)

What do you love most about your job?
Offering the convenience of a mobile tire shop allows people to do more important things with their time and not just waste hours in a waiting room. Think about what you can do with an extra 2 hours? That is a good feeling because time is the most scarce resource we have, you will never get it back.
