What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Why does acne still exist? Today doctors can cure cancers and transplant organs, but they still have trouble getting rid of the pimples and splotches that plague 85% of us. Since I found this probiotic that works directly on the skin, I had the courage to put it on the market, helping many people.

What do you love most about your job?
Receiving thank you mail and testimonials on social media is the most exiting part of my business. Statements like “I LOVE this product" is the reason to continue with this project. Also, per customers request, we are always developing new products such as our unique probiotic moisturizer.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We received many reactions as to this product doesn't work for me! After a few recommendations like increasing the dosage, be persistent and monitor progress with a weekly picture, they now are loyal customers placing monthly orders of Emerald. As a result, we will implement Auto Recurring Billing.
