What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
There are a variety of coaching methods. I prefer the scientific method, which is a six-step process. Two of the most important being why you are doing this and what adjusting you are willing to do.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have known and seen so many people that had dreams and aspirations they let go by the wayside because they didn't think they had what it took to achieve their dream. I thought, "How can I help people recognize they have what it takes to realize their dreams?" Thus the formation of Forward Momentum.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the light go off when my allies (clients) understand that they can do what they thought they couldn't. That is actually the most gratifying feeling I get when coaching and is why I do what I do.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Although it was a couple of years ago, it seems like yesterday. After we completed our 10-week session, I asked an ally a question I ask everyone when we are finished, "So, do you have any questions?" After a few seconds of silence, she started crying and said, "Why did I wait so long?"
