From outside, Snake Creek Grill looks like a saloon you might find on the main boulevard of a spaghetti western movie set. But step inside and all signs of the frontier disappear; the dining rooms (there are three in all) feel cozy and welcoming, outfitted with fresh flowers, quirky antiques, a copper-topped bar, and booths adorned with velvet pillows. Executive Chef Dean Hottle brings a culinary education earned in New York to this quaint, yet upscale setting. His specialties include hand-rolled asparagus and basil ricotta ravioli, maple barbecue baby back ribs, and grass fed beef burgers served on garlic foccacia buns—all out-shined only by the smile Chef Dean brings when personally checking on guests in the dining room.
