At ATA Martial Arts Academy, fourth-degree black belt Richard Rodriguez teaches three taekwondo training programs: Tiny Tigers (ages 4–6), Karate for Kids (ages 6–12), and Adult Martial Arts (ages 13 and older). Although each class incorporates different techniques, they're all designed to boost fitness, promote self-confidence, and give students the skills to defend themselves in an attack. An affiliate team member of Kama Jiu-Jitsu, ATA Martial Arts Academy also offers Jiu-Jitsu classes that teach Rickson Gracie-style Jiu-Jitsu and self defense techniques to students ages 7 through 12. ATA Martial Arts Academy offers classes in Highland Village, Flower Mound, Lantana, and Lewisville.
