Its hour-long sessions include cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training all in one class. The studio is prepared with state of the art Spin equipment, strength equipment to accommodate every fitness level, and enough yoga mats and props to supply its members. Equipment is never shared and staff sanitizes equipment for every class.
