Q&A with Amber Reynolds, Assistant Manager

When and how did you first develop a passion for your work?
Steve Schultz, the owner, actually bought an older Segway from a much older friend of his. He loved it and did the research that shows that in any big city, Segway tours are one of the most top rated activities. He knows how beautiful Hilton Head is, and knew it would be a perfect fit.

What special training do you or your staff have?
All of our staff are trained and certified for Segway use and instruction.

Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
We are looking to give Hilton Head's guests the best experience possible. We want our guests to have fun and to see Hilton Head the best way possible—via a Segway.

Have you ever been a patron of your own business? If so, what was the most enjoyable part?
We use the Segways every day. The best part is how excited people get when they see us out and about. People honk their horns, wave, and yell "Segway!" They all want to know where they can do it, too. It's not often you get to do a job that causes smiles wherever you go.
