The soft, exfoliating sand on the beach underneath your toes helps ground you and pay attention to the here and now. The warm sun beating down on your skin helps also warm your heart. The sound of the cool, blue ocean waves tumbling onto shore relaxes the mind. So- what better way to heal your energy and work through emotional, mental and physical blockages than having a reiki energy healing session WHILE experiencing the serenity of the beach?
