Aerobic gymnast. Master trainer. Exercise physiologist. Fitness director. Group exercise director. Terri Rivero has worn many hats throughout her more than 25 year fitness career, but all have served a single purpose: to improve others’ lives—and her own—through fitness and good health. At Training With Terri, she continues on this mission with personal- and group-training sessions, as well as tabata boot-camp classes, where participants perform short bursts of exercise moves at an ultra-high intensity level. She also provides functional movement screenings, workout plans for patients post-weight loss surgery, and isolated stretching sessions.
