The instructors at Gr8 Workout: Fitness & Safety believe that true physical fitness is demonstrated not by showy chiseled muscles, but by the ability to exert explosive power. During classes, the instructors guide attendees through a nontraditional blend of exercises that involve calisthenics, heavy ropes, and beer kegs. This helps students increase muscle strength while avoiding boring exercises such as leg presses or leg presses while reading _ Anna Karenina_.
