Harvest Express makes it easy to eat right in a hurry. The organic fast-casual joint turns traditional quick-serve food on its head, making everything from natural, local meat and veggies. Their sandwiches and wraps start off with fresh house-baked breads that range from thin lavash to hearty wholewheat. From there, they add mountains of toppings that include hormone-free gyro beef, vegetables, and tantuni—a Turkish creation of crushed julienne-cut beef infused with onions and spices. To round out meals, Harvest Express whips up handmade soups and baked french fries, and washes it all down with a slew of wines, beers, and organic juices.
