Adam was just like many American office workers, entirely dependent on but sometimes mystified by his computer. When his machine broke down, he had to go outside the company for help, and despite combing his area for mobile tech services, he never found one he was happy with. From his pain came enlightenment, and he decided to band together with some friends in similar predicaments to create a business that did mobile tech support right. Embracing their skill set, they called their venture Nerds We Can Fix That!
The team beefed up their technical acumen with intensive study and new recruits, but they remained most committed to their ideal of awesome customer service. These days, they quickly and effectively upgrade or repair any machine, PC or Mac. “89% of all calls are virus related,” confesses Adam, but he and his team still make time for installations and even custom-building entire computers for gamers or super-intelligent dogs.
