Unprofessional. Couldn't get a return call without Groupon intervening. Even then, they waited until the last minute to call. On the day of our shoot, I was called less than an hour before reminding me to sign a contract (that was never mentioned prior in the groupon). He was 30 minutes late to the photo shoot. When we tried to call him he wouldn't answer the phone so we just had to wait and hope that he would show up. He took so many photos and only sent back about 40. Some of the best photos weren't given in both options (color or sepia). We were given a 45 day turn around on the pictures and even then, he was late getting those back to us. We will never use his services again.
