While they do serve options like chicken kebabs and hot wings, the real secret is their selection of West African dishes sprinkled throughout the menu. Jollof rice is a one-pot rice dish that includes tomatoes, tomato paste, onions, and a choice of meat, and suya are meat skewers that come in beef or chicken varieties. And to wash it all down is a drinks menu that includes the Chapman, a Nigerian cocktail of orange soda and lemon or lime soda mixed with angostura bitters, blackcurrant syrup, and fruit slices.
