Since 1997, husband-and-wife team Pedro and Modesta Gonzalez have been crafting a diverse menu of Mexican mainstays. Their recipes come courtesy of Pedro's mother, Teresa. Using fresh ingredients and Ms. Teresa's authentic cooking techniques, they hand-craft plates of tacos, flautas, and, of course, toothsome tamales.
