What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Here at TML we set the barre for all that we do. We are a school that understands the value of relationships, and human connections. Sexy- Fit is for the dancer in you! There's a dancer that wants to break loose after a long day of work/kids. Spend some time with you, and get sexy at The Lab!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Motivation is a very close to inspiration. Sexy- Fit puts you in the drivers seat, and allows your inner beast to unleash! Each students is looked at as a individual, and we treat them with that respect. I personally check-in with clients to make sure their journey is a comprehensive experience.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Fitness is a lifestyle. In this culture TLC has to be implemented. My inspiration comes from many mentors that taught me the value of exercise, determination, and the possibility for the inevitable.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the ability to educate customers about their bodies, and aid them in learning what works for them. I love the interaction with people, and sharing the gift of dance.
