We are Educated (Masters Kinesiology, Ex Phys), Experienced (NASM) & Passionate about all things Health & Fitness. Both NPC Competitors, lifelong athletes & REAL PEOPLE. IYCYM is a movement that embodies self-improvement each and every day. A lifestyle that strives to achieve your total potential. 

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We make sure you understand why you're doing certain exercise, that you're not just going through the motion. We want you to not only Sweat during our Sessions but gain valuable knowledge you can always utilize. Using progressive overload to challenge you each and every session.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Originally from MN & then ND, after having worked in every type of facility (clinical, corporate, franchise, private) we wanted to HELP more people. We started IYCYM as an online training business and now have clients ALL around North America. We just got to Houston & are very excited to expand!

What do you love most about your job?
We get to help people achieve things they never thought possible. To really break through limitations and "take flight". Simply helping a client get through a bad day with a great workout, or watching them step on the scale & see a new low weigh in, or watching our competitors smile on stage.
