The Women's Minor League Basketball Association bridges the gap between amateur and professional play. At the league's helm, Commissioner and WNBA World Champion Janell Burse fosters a career-oriented environment where players hone their on-court craft while working with coaches, scouts, sponsors, and executives.
Off the court, the WMLBA's focus turns to the community. Each of its teams partners with local non-profits to build homes, plant trees, and serve meals on the holidays. In the summer, the league hosts free agent camps for up-and-coming recruits. It also invites kids to join the fold with a Get Fit Kids Summer Camp, a one-day event emphasizing basketball fundamentals and healthy habits.
