What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
S.C.A.Bootcamp thrives on an environment that is non-judgmental, extremely motivational and insanely supportive. A "Women Only" policy allows campers at any fitness level or ability to feel comfortable to step out of that box and do something different, with others alike, to change their lives.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Results are key! From day one there has to be a feeling of accomplishment. Our program is designed in a safe progression to continually improve physically and mentally. It is important that our program create a feeling of being challenged without the feeling of being inadequate.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I sensed that I could help people in this environment. Exercise and health is something that is important to me and it is something that I want for others to experience. No greater feeling than to see someone make a transformation. To witness and experience the journey and joy is special.

What do you love most about your job?
The opportunity I have to watch people make a decision, make a commitment and change their life.
