What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Although similar, Sykes S.T.E.P.S. is different from psychotherapy, counseling, and/or mentoring. We talk about the things that people find hard to speak about with friends, family and sometimes even mental health professionals. Our focus is on helping you flourish in the present, and in the future.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Through my experiences with the academic, military service, and personal growth, I went from just acknowledging my strengths in communication, serving others and offering sound advice to putting them to use with the purpose of uplifting others.

What do you love most about your job?
At just the age of 20, my passion for leading others to success began to spread like a wild fire! I found my purpose in life through helping my peers to dig deep and discover their full potential. I believe that given the right amount of guidance, motivation and Prayer anything is possible.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Ms. Sykes is extremely great at what she does. She's a good listener and provides wonderful sound advice and resources that were quite effective. I would recommend Ms. Sykes to help you overcome any obstacles you’re experiencin gbecause after the first session you’ll be thanking yourself!
