We are HB's only fully functional Boxing Club. We stay true to the DNA of the Sport of Boxing by having active participants in the Sport teach actual technique even in our Conditioning Classes. We offer Boxing/Kickboxing for Hobby, Fitness, Self Defense, and competitive preparation. We offer private coaching and Open Gym with Functional, Fitness, and every bag in the sport of boxing to practice on.
