They are great at installations, and technical work, but could use a little help running a professional business.

When your shop opens at 9am, you probably shouldn't show up at 9:15am.

Had to schedule an appointment 3 weeks in advance, then they cancelled the day before my actual appointment. Rescheduled for a week later and when I show up at my scheduled time the store is closed and the person working on my car (who is an hour away from the store) calls to see if I still planned on coming that day. "Of course I planned on coming I've been waiting a month to get my car in".

My husband called in advance for an appointment to tint two window on his car. He arrived on time for his appointment but, no one was there. The employees arrived 20 minutes late to open the store. When he approached the desk and gave his name and appointment time, they said they do not show him with an appointment. Finally, 2 hours later the windows were complete. Our son was going to have two cars taken there for tinting but not after this experience.

Staff is great got my two front windows tinted and was out ina flash. He went through my options and gave me his opinion and now my scion looks great

They take forever and arnt considerate and have awful customer service and hassled me about my groupon

1) air bubbles on tint film, did not do a good throughout clean on windows before tinting causes smears and bubbles on windows under tint film; Now, unable to clean smear spots under tinted film
2) Complained but ignored...
