The coordinators at Once Upon an Event have one goal: to ensure brides and grooms experience the wedding of their dreams. To accomplish this, they meet with clients prior to their weddings to create a timeline of events, set up vendors, and tackle other necessities. On the actual day, the coordinators—who are all recent brides themselves—ensure the event runs smoothly, tackling any unexpected issues.
