What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The empowering nature of yoga that incorporates, mind, body and spirit. Coming from a highly competitive and athletic background, yoga healed my injuries, increased my recovery time and kept me injury-free!

What do you love most about your job?
Meeting other people who have never experienced yoga before and watching them fall in love with it!
