At Body Effects IB, you are not just another person, you are special and are treated that way. Before we start, I like to know of any challenges and we make modifications to each individuals strengths. And although its called boot camp, we don't bark but educate, you will leave smarter about fitness
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We keep clients motivated, by keeping you moving and having fun. Music and a light but focused atmosphere. As well as the beauty and energy of the beach.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My initial inspiration was actually to educate single mothers and their children how to enjoy outside, maintain a healthy lifestyle, and have fun while doing so, all in hopes to curve the child obesity rate.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is the positive impact I've had on people's and families lives. The stories have been priceless and keep my passion high.
