Reverence Yoga, Imperial Beach

As Alicia Di Mola mentions in her SD Voyager magazine feature, Reverence Yoga was born out of clear passion and her respect for the practice of yoga. Here, along with other certified instructors, she teaches styles ranging from Vinyasa to Hatha in heated and fast-paced, as well as introductory classes. She strives to customize the sessions to students' needs and abilities, and to help deepen their knowledge, she also delivers educational workshops focusing on topics like mindfulness or fitness improvement.
