What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Monte's Pinstriping was formed in 1985 on L.I. N.Y. Inspired by the lack of service and poor quality all around us we knew we could do better, and we did. After moving to charlotte in 1994 we have built our company by patenting our own Striping tools, franchising, and expanding to 8 locations!

What do you love most about your job?
The customers expression when we have provided more value than expected. Many companies look to cut cost, or use inexpensive material to back into profit. We add more value to everything we do and are now entering the retail market with some items that were only available to high volume dealers.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
When a Billionaire was watching me add a painted stripe to his vehicle he asked me if I wouldn't mind stopping for a minute so he could go and get his wife to watch! They were both so impressed we do all of their vehicles now! I was quite taken back with the fact that they were so complimentary!
