We developed a revolutionary style of teaching nutrition and physical activity in an energetic and holistic group setting because we want to fight two enemies in our community - overweight and obesity.

We enjoy working WITH our clients and HELPING them identify ways to eat what they enjoy while on their way to achieving their nutritional and physical goals.
