1.) Better lighting in the garage/workspace. 2.) Tools to get into the hard to reach places. Such as, between the dashboard and the windshield. 3.) Better lighting inside the vehicle to see dirt that is visible after the vehicle is pulled out of the garage. 4.) The carpet cleaning was fabulous. 5.) Don't advertise a $350 job and give the customer an $100 job. 6.) Understand the hardship of the customer doing without their vehicle while you are working on their car. Get it right the first time. 7.) The higher the cost of your service, the better the service should be.
