Left multiple messages to get an appointment. He was overwhelmed with the number of Groupon clients and wouldn't return my calls or schedule my appointment within a timely manner. I wanted the service done in the summer, but it wasn't fulfilled until November. The actual tree trimmers did do a great job trimming the trees.

This company was completely unprofessional. Their work was shoddy, they refused to actually provide the full service I paid for, and they actually damaged our property while they were on it and refused to apologize or come back and clean up their mess unless we paid extra. I filed a BBB complaint against them and am considering further action. I would recommend that people use ANYONE BUT Wellman Exteriors for property projects.

Broke a concrete deer - worth $150 and less than a year old. The men never told me about breaking it. I was to get 2 hours of tree trimming, but 3 men came, only one cut the limbs (and not all I requested), one hauled to trailor and one cut limbs into small pieces and placed on trailor. They were to come between 1 and 5 p.m. but called at 9:20 and said they were 15 mins away. I had to rearrange picking a friend up because they changed the time without asking me. The manager has not returned by phone call.

I would absolutely not use them again,and will tell my friends and family of my HORRIABLE EXPERIENCE with them. Starting with false advertizing, rude workers, unwilling to listen to what I wanted done,instead did what they wanted. I would never use them!!! I'm very disappointed Groupon did business with them!
