To stay in shape and feel great, Jill Franklin has relied on three secret weapons: ballet, Pilates, and aerial work. A guru in each, Jill combined the practices to create Aerial Physique. Across two locations, Jill and her team of talented instructors lead groups through stretching, twisting, and conditioning movements—all while exercisers remain suspended off the ground thanks to silk apparatuses or one of LA's famed gravity outages. It's an innovative, graceful workout that aims to increase strength, flexibility, and control, all of which helped catch the attention of The Today Show.
