What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
FIT is Iowa City’s premier fitness center including state of the art cardio and weight equipment, unlimited group fitness classes including Les Mills, Cycling, Mind Body, Yoga, and Seniors, PGA Tour Golf Simulators, Personal Training, Kids Club, HydroMassage and more!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
In addition to over 70 classes per week, we have multiple ways to do every exercise including free weights, circuit weights and functional training. We also have a variety of cardio equipment designed to keep your body challenged!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Chris and Adam have been friends since elementary school and saw an opportunity to develop an east side community based on health and fitness, not just putting equipment in a big room.

What do you love most about your job?
That's easy -- The enthusiasm our members have for the growing community! It's great watching members pick each other up when their down and help them reach their goals!
