What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We have been in business for over 5 1/2 years and are the largest CrossFit gym in our area. BodyBurn is a fun new non-CrossFit class we have added to our schedule!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We have a great community, programming that is constantly changing, and do tons of fun outside events that the whole gym gets involved in. Our coaches are top-notch and keep our athletes going!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our owners have a passion for fitness. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of service and facilities to our athletes.

What do you love most about your job?
We love working with athletes and watching them get stronger, faster and better. We love our community and want the people who join us to get in shape and feel good.
