Fit First Youth Fitness Training, Irvine

At Fit First, our mission is to create healthy active lifestyles for kids, getting them away from screens, and getting them active outdoors! We recognize that traditional PE & kids sports programs do not provide the level of activity needed for healthy development, and that's why we've created a variety of 60 minute classes and camps that focus on cardio activity, strength, coordination and balance, and even stress release, while being fun and gets kids sweating! Our youth-focused fitness programs help kids gain confidence, knowledge, and habits that allow them to fall in love with fitness and build a healthy lifestyle for the rest of their lives. We work hard to make sure our classes are inclusive, professional, and fun for all our athletes, regardless of background or abilities/ sports experience. Our educational programs help children develop beneficial ways of dealing with stress and emotions through physical activity, and explore different aspects of fitness and sports!
