Once a client starts seeing their body change for the better it becomes easy to keep them motivated. What was the inspiration to start or run this business? GOAT Fitness was started by Jon Sheppard (Owner & Coach) when he was finally tired of the fitness industry lying to the consumer and promising fast results and not believing they are capable of working hard. Nothing in life worth anything is easy, But the things we earn are that much sweeter.
