On Thanksgiving, it's almost a given: you're probably going to feast. A lot. Before you tuck into your turkey and its trimmings, join a dedicated crew of your fellow runners for the OC Turkey Trot 5K. The early-morning run kicks off at 8 a.m. and helps racers work up an appetite with a chip-timed run around the campus of Irvine Valley College. For kids, the Gobble Wobble Dash offers a shorter race and allows bikes and strollers. All racers get a finisher's medal and custom race t-shirt, as well as a piece of pumpkin pie waiting at the finish line.
