Fatima is something of a communication specialist. Before she left the corporate world to start her own business, she spent 15 years in customer service making sure confused, disgruntled, or downright angry folks left smiling. For her, those years were an invaluable apprenticeship in human psychology, and they instilled her with the foundational belief that customer satisfaction is king.

After nailing down her clients' cleanliness goals, she goes to work deep-cleaning homes. She tackles everything from messy kitchens and bathrooms to house-wide tasks such as dusting or vacuuming.
