I asked for highlights. I had dark hair and barely noticed a difference when I walked out. The texture of my hair was completely different. He damaged my hair so much and gave me a horrible cut and used thinning sheers on me. I can't wait for the thinning to grow out.

I did not receive the color nor the cut that I wanted or asked for. I have been to several other professional hairdressers since my experience (to evaluate fixing my hair properly) and they confirmed that my hair was not cut or colored properly.
