Great jump! It was fun and the instructor I was paired with was amazing. But this is to rate the company, and I was unhappy with my overall experience. The appointment was at 10am and they were completely overbooked so we didn't jump until after 1pm. The details said to be prepared for it to take a few hours because of weather but that was not the case. There were four instructors but 12 tandem jumpers booked at the same time. One of the tandem jumpers was the owners girlfriend and she got to go first, making all of the paying customers wait. I felt like nobody even cared and the fact that we waited three hours because of the poor scheduling meant nothing. I did enjoy watching the people land on the first loads, but I would have preferred to have not been made to sit around all of that time.
