1. What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Foundation Chiropractic is a family clinic offering Chiropractic and Physical Therapy. Every patient begins with a thorough exam, accurate diagnosis, and customized treatment plan. We achieve results by utilizing multiple disciplines to eliminate pain and help patients feel normal. We then focus on wellness, which is about increasing function and addressing the causal factors that resulted in the patient’s original condition. The exciting result of this formula is that patients not only experience quality service, but they leave with the tools necessary to avoid future episodes of pain and dysfunction.

1. What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

We are passionate about delivering a quality, viable option for people to escape the cycle of temporary relief with drugs and surgery. We also wanted to immerse ourselves in the process of educating our community.

1. What do you love most about your job?

We can’t wait to be at the office every day to spend time with our patients. The most gratifying moment is getting to see patients finally be able to return to activities they weren’t able to perform due to their condition. There is no greater satisfaction for us than knowing we were able to help someone regain joy and vitality in their life.

1. What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Picking a single reaction is difficult. We once had a patient who thanked us for saving her life because our procedures resulted in an MRI which detected a tumor in her kidney. Because it was found early, more than 50% of her kidney was saved and she is now cancer free. This is a good example of the proper exam and diagnosis procedures that are implemented on every patient to make sure they receive the care they need, whether or not that includes Chiropractic.
