It all starts with convenient hours; they are open 7 days a week from as early as 5am and as late as 11pm.

Once they find a time that works for them, members can sign up for one of WoW's many classes, from high-intensity group cycling to rocking Zumba to calming yoga. And for exercisers who'd rather go it alone, the fully equipped gym space offers everything they need, from free weights to selectorized machines.

Clean, private locker rooms include hot showers. Busy parents will appreciate on-site babysitting throughout the week.
