What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are a high intensity metabolic conditioning-styled workout with a focus on short but higher intensity exercises. We include 20-30 minutes of both strength and cardio conditioning. Every workout is adaptable and scalable to your current fitness level.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
By utilizing functional fitness with group classes, by keeping our routines varied and different, and by helping our Warriors construct attainable nutrition goals, we find that Trinity Fitness continually delivers results.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We have always believed that the best way to live a balanced and healthy life is to work on both the outside AND the inside! We're passionate about helping people see positive change, and opening a gym has been the best way to reach out into our community.

What do you love most about your job?
Waking up every day and getting the chance to help people change is the best part about being at Trinity Fitness. People are encouraged and inspired daily, and that gives us the inspiration to keep moving forward!
