101 Kombucha-Making Class:
- Seattle Kombucha Company gets guests started making their own kombucha at home, or expanding their existing homebrewing knowledge. The 1.5-hour class guides students through the process of making Kombucha and allows them to watch one of Seattle Kombucha’s professional kombucha brewers in their element. Students can sample several varieties before deciding what kind of kombucha starter kit they will take home. Whether guests are beginners or seasoned homebrewers, professional brewers are on hand to answer questions big and small and share their insider knowledge.
Each student will take home a kombucha home brewing starter kit (includes SCOBY and starter liquid). Each starter kit will make approximately one gallon of kombucha.
