What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
Mon: $2 Beer Tues: Mexican Wed: Smoked BBQ Chicken Thurs: Famous BBQ Rib Dinners Fri: Fish, Shrimp, & Frog Leg Dinners Bartenders are the poor man's psychiatrist. Our bartenders are not licensed counselors, but experience makes us uniquely qualified to offer some straight up advice!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
This business had been closed for a few years when we bought it. When you build something successful, it’s a great feeling. We had a vision, would like to execute it and some day reap the benefits "We did this." Starting our own business has ensured us with new challenges and we have set new goals.

What do you love most about your job?
Being known for something is awfully enjoyable. I like to hear people say, "Your place is my favorite place to eat!" It's a great feeling, being recognized as one of the best places to eat. It’s fun to see people pleased with what they have ordered and spent their money on!
