Every day, the chefs at Pita Pockets in Key Biscayne start their day by receiving heaps of fresh produce from local farms. They then get to work chopping and cutting veggies into an array of brightly colored tabbouleh, fattoush, and Greek salads. All the while, falafel balls are prepared for the fryer. Made in light, vegetable-based oil, the vegan-friendly treats cuddle perfectly alongside hummus, tzatziki, or any of Pita Pockets' six spreads.
