What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We are solving a need of our customers. Our customers are the lifeblood of our industry and by being able to offer mobile phone repair we ensure our customers mobile phone will walk out working.
What do you love most about your job?
The customers. Many personal and professional relationships have been created over the 20+ years we have been in business. Being able to give back to the community whether it be from donations, volunteering, or using our professional network for the greater good, brings that feeling of "love" .
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
A referral. If we can earn a referral from a customer we helped inside of the store that is all the recognition or feedback we need or ask for. Knowing that our customer referred us to a friend, family member, or co-worker is the best feeling in the world.
