Le Saigon bills itself as a "Vietnamese restaurant with French flair", and it's easy to see why. Not only does the restaurant highlight the influence French cooking has had on Vietnamese cuisine, it also takes a few style cues from the French, setting a romantic vie with fresh flowers and candles on every table.
